Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers to join us in providing services to those in need through our Jewish Family Services, as well as our programming. If you are interested in  helping with any of the positions below, please contact Jewish Family Services.
 

• Drivers needed for our Transportation Program ( provides transportation for medical and social service appointments)
• Substitute Telephone Callers for our Person-to-Person daily phone calls.
• Social Visitations to Community Member's homes, retirement/residential facilities and nursing homes. 
• Accompany Community Member with errands such as light grocery shopping, prescription pick-up etc. 
• Physical Home Maintenance; Such as lawn-mowing, snow shoveling, yard pick up, assistance with occasional moves.
• Writing / sending cards to Community Members
• Advocacy work with medical and social service appointments
• Helping with the Unity Garden
